

ABOUT US
Born and raised in West Central Minnesota, corn and oats were the main crops for local farmers. As a teenager, I helped local farmers during harvest by driving tractor from the field to the silo. Although my career took me in a different direction than farming, my interest has always been in farm tractors and equipment. By opening Madsen’s Farm Toys, I get the opportunity to relive the past and see the future through toys.
Madsen’s Farm Toys mainly sells new in box (NIB) toys, with older toys dating back to the 1970’s and 1980’s etc. Our products are in new or like new condition.
We will let you know through photos and descriptions about any shelf wear issues or other imperfections found upon inspection. Before you purchase, please call us if you need more information about the item condition.

SHIPPING
All items will be well-packaged and inspected prior to shipping. There is a $5.00 handling fee added per order to cover packing materials.
RETURN POLICY
If you decide to return your purchase, please contact us at 1-616-610-3001 or write us at madsensfarmtoys@charter.net. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date, and eligible for a full refund minus shipping charges when:
• Return includes a return authorization number – assigned when contacting us
• Item(s) are unopened and in the identical condition as shipped (i.e. item is still factory sealed; item is in like new condition)
• Item(s) are in original packaging
• Returns/refunds not available for any item(s) without its original packaging
NOTE: If an item has been removed from its original packaging, an unopened item has now been opened, or a ‘like new” carton has been damaged, or other changes from original condition to returned condition, after our inspection, a restocking fee will be assessed from 10% up to 50% based on item(s) condition.
Once we have processed your return, we will credit your method of payment minus postage and any of the above additional listed fees.
If you choose to do so, please consider insuring your returned package. It does add expense to your transaction, but should there be any shipping damage, it is a protection to consider, but not required. All other costs including international tax requirements, duty, brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
BROKEN ITEMS:
*If your shipment arrives with damage that is visible at time of delivery, refuse the shipment. It will then be returned to us for processing. Please call us to alert us that package was refused.
*If your shipment arrives with no exterior damage visible, but you find your item is broken, save all original packaging, and if you have not removed item from carton, leave as is. Take the entire package to your local USPS as you will need to file a Claim. USPS will take photos of your packaging. Please call to alert us that a claim has been filed.
